Albatross is all about having fun, and to ensure that all our guests have a fun and safe time there are a few friendly HOUSE RULES we need you and your party to follow:
- You are responsible for your own personal behavior, safety, and well-being, as well as for anyone under the age of 18 who is under your care. You enter the venue and participate solely at your own risk—only you know your own ability and limitations. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult, age 18 or older, at all times. We reserve the right to require photo ID. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason.
- Volent, offensive, disruptive, or irresponsible behavior and language, as well as any misuse of equipment or damage to our venue may result in expulsion without a refund or even criminal and/or civil charges. For your safety, always follow all given rules, including but not limited to:
- Never raise the head of your putter above knee height.
- Never hit your golf ball beyond the field of play (intended area).
- No climbing on, striking, or hanging from any attraction or structure.
- No running; always watch your step as the putting areas have obstacles and variations to flooring height that can pose a risk.
- Bowl only on your assigned lane during your turn. Bowling balls are to be rolled onto the lane, never lofted or thrown.
- Never cross the foul line onto the bowling lane.
- In order to consume alcoholic beverages, you must establish that you are at least 21 years of age. You must have a valid, hard copy ID card issued by a state or government agency containing your photograph and date of birth. Expired, cracked, altered, or damaged IDs cannot be accepted. We will only serve one alcoholic beverage at a time per person. You must be present to order. Being “under the influence” of drugs or alcohol can result in expulsion without a refund.

- Albatross reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse admission to the venue and may conduct security searches on entry or any time thereafter.
- Albatross is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen property. You are responsible for safeguarding your personal property at all times. Video footage is not available for viewing at any time.

- Prohibited:
- Pets—registered service animals are welcome.
- Weapons of any kind.
- Outside food or beverage, including water bottles.
- Smoking, of any kind, including vaping, inside or within 20 feet of the entrance.
- Taking of video or still images of our staff or guests that are unauthorized, unsolicited, or defamatory.
