- Please make every effort to ensure your party arrives on time for your first scheduled ARRIVAL time, allowing additional time in case of adverse weather or traffic delays. Parties should plan to arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled start time.
- Reservations must be made at least 2 hours in advance of your start time.
- Missed reservations, absent guests, and late arrivals will not be accommodated.
- All sales are final, Online Bookings and Reservations cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
- All bookings are subject to delays at the time of your visit and Albatross cannot alter or refund for this purpose.
- If fraudulent activity is suspected, Albatross Entertainment, LLC reserves the right to deactivate and withhold any online purchase pending verification of purchase and funds as legal activity.
