Is there an age restriction?
Our venue is family friendly with no age restrictions.
Do I need to bring an ID?
You do not need an ID to enjoy our activities. However, a valid ID is required to purchase alcoholic beverages. We do reserve the right to require ID to validate identity for online bookings.
Can I bring my pet?
We love pets; however, pets are not allowed except for service animals.
What is the dress code?
We encourage casual-chic attire. Beachwear, swimwear, and excessively torn clothing are not permitted. We have a strict dress code that can be viewed HERE. We want everyone to have fun and feel comfortable.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, our facility is fully accessible, including a fully adapted mini-golf course, the Front 9, and bowling lanes.
Do you have parking available?
Yes, we offer on-site, free parking, with abundant handicap spots and EV as well.
What safety measures are in place?
We maintain strict hygiene and safety protocols, including regularly sanitized equipment.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash is welcome along with all major credit cards, Albatross gift cards, and Apple Pay.
Can I purchase a gift card?
Yes! Gift cards are available for purchase online here.
Can I combine multiple promotions/discounts?
No, discounts and promotional values cannot be combined.
BOOKING FAQ
Do I need to book in advance, or can I walk in?
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
We do not accept cancellations, but you may modify your reservations by phone up to 24 hours in advance. We do not accept voicemail, social messages, or email as accepted changes to bookings. Large events, catering, or events booked with our Event Sales team require at least 72 hours advance notice to reschedule.
How far in advance can I book?
Reservations and online bookings can be made up to 30 days in advance online or via phone. Events may be booked out indefinitely with our Event Sales team.
Can I book a private event?
Absolutely! We offer private event packages for birthdays, corporate gatherings, and celebrations of all kinds. Request a quote from our Event Sales team here for details.
What time do I need to arrive?
On the day, you should arrive no later than 15 minutes before your time slot begins.
What happens if I’m running late for my reservation?
If you are running late, please let us know by contacting our venue team, and we will make every effort to fit you in to play (although this cannot be guaranteed, and we can’t give a refund). All sales are final.
I haven't received my confirmation; what do I do?
When you make a booking, you should receive a confirmation email. Sometimes confirmation emails can be blocked or can go straight to your junk mail, so it’s worth checking there before getting in touch. If you can’t find your confirmation email, contact the venue with the email address that you booked with and as much information about your booking as possible so we can best assist you.

Do I need a reservation to play?
What is a round of mini golf?
One round of mini golf consists of nine holes.
How long does a round of mini golf take?
A round of mini golf usually takes 45 minutes to an hour, depending on group size and how busy we are during the time of your visit.
How many people can play in a group?
We allow up to 6 players per mini-golf group. For larger parties staggered tee times may be booked.
How do tee times work?
When you make a booking, you are selecting a check-in time for your group of up to 6 players. Your actual tee time (start time) will be assigned upon arrival. Please note you may experience a wait between your check-in time and your tee time, so we encourage you to explore and enjoy our bars and lounges during this period.
How does scoring work?
It’s simple – just play and have fun! Our advanced Autonomous Score Card system automatically records and calculates your score at each hole.
Can I drink and eat while playing mini golf?
Drink – Yes! In fact, we encourage it. We even offer beverage service during gameplay.
Eat – No, we ask that you enjoy your food before or after your round.
Can I request a specific course?
Yes! Let us know your course preference during check-in, and we will do our best to accommodate you based on availability.
Can I bring my own putter?
No, we ask that you don’t bring your own putter, as we provide top-quality equipment for free to ensure you have the best experience.
Can I hang out after I am finished putting?
Yes! We invite you to relax in our lounge area, restaurant, or bar. Enjoy a drink or grab a bite to eat to keep the fun going!

Do I need a reservation to bowl?
How long does bowling take?
Bowling games typically last between one to two hours. We rent lanes in time increments, so you can choose the duration that works best for you.
How many people can play in a group?
We allow up to 6-8 (max) players per bowling lane. For larger parties, multiple lanes may be booked.
Can I eat and drink while playing?
Absolutely! We offer full service to all bowling lanes.
Can I bring my own bowling equipment?
Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own bowling ball, shoes, and other equipment but we also ensure all that you need is available on site for your enjoyment.
Can I hang out after I am finished bowling?
Yes! We invite you to relax in our lounge area, restaurant, or bar. Enjoy a drink or grab a bite to eat to keep the fun going!
What if I want bumpers?
Bumpers are available for younger players or those who request them.
Are there bowling leagues at Albatross?
Albatross does not currently offer bowling leagues but stay tuned for updates!
What size bowling ball should I select?
Choose a ball that feels comfortable. Heavier balls create more pin impact, but control is key. Various sizes and weights are available at our facility. Our smaller balls are available for smaller players only.
What is the Spare Suite?
The Spare Suite is Albatross’s exclusive bowling lounge—home to just eight private lanes in a refined, high-end setting.
SPIRITS & DINING FAQ
Do you offer full-service dining?
Yes! We have a full-service restaurant offering gourmet pizza, shareable appetizers, craft cocktails, premium beverages and mocktails.
Can I eat and drink while playing?
You can enjoy food and drinks while bowling with lane-side service. For mini golf, only drinks are permitted during play, but feel free to enjoy food before or after your round.
What kind of food do you serve at Albatross?
Our menu features a variety of elevated bar bites, shareable gourmet pizzas, and signature cocktails crafted for a premium social experience.
Can I book a table for dining?
We do not accept call-ahead seating or reservations for our dining room. All tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and wait times will be provided in person. While waiting, feel free to sit around the bar, which is open seating for those 21 and over.
Can I bring my own food or drinks to Albatross?
No, outside food and beverages are not allowed, but we have a delicious menu and a full bar to make your visit even more enjoyable.
