Hi everyone…it’s Cody Browning here, COO at Albatross Entertainment. If you’ve spent any time in New Jersey, you know March can be a bit of a wild card. One day it feels like spring…the next, you’re right back inside trying to figure out what to do. That’s exactly why I think March is one of the best times of year to plan a fun indoor outing with friends or family.
Here at Albatross Entertainment, this is when things really start to heat up. You walk in and instantly forget about the weather outside. The energy, the atmosphere, our dining, and craft cocktails – everything – it just feels like something’s always going on. And whether you’re here with friends, family, or coworkers, it’s really just the easiest place to just settle in and have a great time.
If you haven’t experienced our indoor-themed putting course…you’ve got to try it. It’s competitive, but in that relaxed, social way…perfect for groups that want to have fun without taking things too seriously. And of course, our 32 lanes of luxury bowling are always a go-to. It’s simple, it’s social, and it’s one of those activities where everyone can jump in and enjoy themselves.
Then you layer in March Madness, and it takes everything up another level. All of the basketball games will be on the TVs throughout the entire venue, so whether you’re playing or just hanging out having drinks and dinner, you’re also keeping up with the road to the Final Four.
What I’ve also found is that March is a perfect window for group events too. You’re past the holiday rush, but not quite into the busy spring season yet, which makes it a great time for team outings, birthdays, or just getting people together without a lot of planning stress.
